Every tender that fits you, scored by morning
Bid-Win scans 74 tender and grant sources every day and scores each opportunity against what your company can actually deliver. You open one report, not forty portals.
Monthly subscription. No annual contract.
You are not losing tenders on price. You are losing them on timing.
Between 210 and 800 new items land across public portals every day. Tenders alone run from 57 to 464 per day, around 217 on average. Nobody on your team reads that.
The search is split across people
One person watches TED, another watches the national portal, a third forwards emails. Nobody owns the whole picture and gaps open on the days people are busy.
You find it late
A tender discovered ten days before the deadline is a tender you bid badly or skip. The specification alone can run to hundreds of pages.
Language hides half the market
The contract that fits you perfectly is published in Finnish, Romanian or Portuguese. Your keyword list is in one language, so you never see it.
Qualification is checked too late
You spend two weeks writing a bid and then find one mandatory certificate you do not hold. The work is gone and the deadline for the next tender has passed.
The tender you never saw costs exactly the same as the one you lost.
Four steps. Finished before your first coffee.
Bid-Win runs the same sequence every night. Scan, Score, DeepAnalyse, Morning report.
Scan
74 sources are queried every day across 25 countries, plus an integrated aggregator with reach into more than 190 countries. Queries run in 24 official EU languages, 744 search terms built from 31 capability areas.
Score
Every item gets a 0 to 100 score in 7.1 seconds on average. Technology relevance, contract value, technical fit, feasibility. Above 75 is GO, 50 to 74 is CONSIDER, below 50 is SKIP. Out of 796 tenders, 111 reached a human decision.
DeepAnalyse
Shortlisted opportunities get a full read. The system downloads the bid documents, reads every PDF, DOCX and XLSX, and maps each requirement against what your company holds. Median run time is 10.4 minutes.
Morning report
One ranked list in your inbox. Verdict, score per product line, the requirements you meet, the ones you do not, and named partners who can cover the gap.
This is what lands in your inbox
Not a feed. Not a keyword alert. A ranked shortlist where every line already carries a verdict, a deadline and the reason it made the cut.
Each opportunity scores separately for every product line you run, so a company with three divisions sees immediately which one should bid. Onboarding takes three fields: one sentence about your focus, five technologies, four target sectors.
DeepAnalyse: requirement by requirement, before you write a word
The system reads the qualification criteria out of the tender documents and puts them next to your certificates, references, turnover and technical datasheets. Here is what one row set looks like.
If a single mandatory criterion is unmet and no partner can cover it, the verdict is NO-GO regardless of the score. You find that out on day one, not after two weeks of writing.
The bid arrives already filled in
Once a tender passes the gate, Bid-Win starts the paperwork instead of handing you a folder of PDFs.
Six document types filled automatically
Cover sheets, declarations, qualification forms and contract annexes are populated from your company profile. No retyping the same VAT line for the ninth time.
Missing fields glow red
Anything the system cannot fill is highlighted with a red background and listed in a checklist. You see the remaining work in seconds instead of reading the whole pack.
It registers on portals by itself
If access requires an account, the agent creates one. If it hits a captcha, it produces a screenshot guide for a three minute human step.
It corrects itself
In four out of five tenders the deep analysis overrode its own quick score. One grant with the largest budget in the batch, 9.5 million EUR, dropped from 80 points to 25 and a SKIP once the documents were read.
A system that talks you out of the biggest opportunity is worth more than one that talks you into it.
Coverage you cannot rebuild with browser bookmarks
45 tender searchers across 25 countries and 29 grant portals, running every day. TED, national procurement portals, Horizon Europe, CORDIS, Grants.gov, SBIR, SAM.gov, ESA Business, UKRI and national agencies across sixteen countries.
Production database currently holds more than 7 300 tenders and more than 1 100 grants.
Measured, not estimated
Every number on this page comes from production logs. Here is what those logs say about reliability.
98.3 % processing success rate
Up from 70.6 % at the start of the pilot. Error rate down 94.3 %.
881 documents read across 80 deep analyses
254 PDF, 85 DOCX and 22 XLSX files, 515 MB of tender documentation, in 29 countries from Germany to Japan, the Philippines and Kazakhstan.
86 % complete document retrieval
When the full pack cannot be downloaded, the report is marked partial with evidence. Nothing is filled in with guesswork.
Seven hard anti-hallucination rules
A passed deadline scores zero immediately. Awarded, closed and cancelled notices score zero. A deadline is never estimated. If it is not stated, the report says so.
Pilot: industrial IoT manufacturer, around 50 employees
In one measured batch the system pulled 796 tenders and handed back 111 that deserved a human decision, filtering out 78 % of the volume. Eighty of those went through full deep analysis across 29 countries, each one returning a requirement by requirement verdict and named partners for the gaps. The team stopped reading portals and started reading one list.

What 999 € buys
Around 217 new tenders arrive every working day, plus grants and email notices, 210 to 800 items in total. Reading and scoring that manually is a full time job that nobody on your team currently has. Bid-Win scores 100 opportunities in about 12 minutes and finishes a full deep analysis in a median of 10.4 minutes.
What we commit to
We do not publish win rates, because we do not have measured ones. What we do commit to is how the system behaves, and every point below is verifiable in the output you receive.
- No annual contract — Monthly subscription. You cancel at the end of any month, with no exit fee and no notice period.
- Sourced verdicts — Every score carries the documents it was based on. If the pack could not be downloaded in full, the report is labelled partial. Nothing is invented.
- Your data stays yours — Your certificates, references and datasheets are used to score your opportunities. They are never used to score anyone else's.
Questions we get on the first call
How is this different from a keyword alert on TED?
A keyword alert tells you a tender exists. Bid-Win tells you whether you can win it. It reads the bid documents, compares every qualification criterion against your certificates, references and turnover, and returns a GO or NO-GO with the evidence attached. It also searches in 24 EU languages, so it finds the contract your keyword list would miss.
How long does setup take?
Onboarding needs three fields: one sentence describing your focus, five technologies and four target sectors. You then upload the documents you already have, certificates, references and datasheets. The first morning report follows the first full scan.
We run several product lines. Does that work?
Yes. Every opportunity gets a separate 0 to 100 score for each product line, so you see immediately which division should bid and which should stay out.
What happens when the system is not sure?
It says so. Document retrieval is complete in 86 % of cases. When it is not, the report is marked partial and shows what is missing. A deadline is never estimated. If the notice does not state one, the report says the deadline is not stated.
Does it replace our bid manager?
No. It removes the search and the first read. Your bid manager stops scanning portals and starts working on the shortlist, with the requirement table and the pre-filled documents already in hand.
Why is the price 999 € instead of 1 999 €?
The lower price is temporary while we grow the customer base. It is a monthly subscription with no annual contract, so you can test it for one month and stop if it does not earn its place.
Find out what you missed last month
On the call we run your profile against the last 30 days of tenders and grants and show you what the system would have put on your desk. Twenty minutes, no slides.
