Who processes your data
The controller is ADAIA s. r. o., Tri hôrky 3, 040 11 Košice, Slovakia, company ID (IČO) 57052182, registered in the Commercial Register of the Municipal Court Košice, section Sro, file no. 67374/V. ADAIA is responsible for sales and marketing of the Bid-Win service and concludes contracts with customers. Contact: hello@bid-win.com.
The website and the Bid-Win service are operated technically by BIT Technology s.r.o., Trstínska cesta 9, 917 01 Trnava, Slovakia, company ID (IČO) 50627228, tax ID (DIČ) 2120398973, VAT ID SK2120398973, registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court Trnava, section Sro, file no. 38931/T. In doing so it processes personal data as a processor on behalf of the controller.

What data we process
- Data from the website form: the email, phone number and message you send us, plus technical data about the submission (time, IP address, browser) used to protect against spam.
- Business contact details of companies and their representatives from public sources: company registers, notices on public procurement portals including TED, and company websites. This means name, job title, business email and phone, and company name.
- Customer data needed to provide the service: contact persons, billing details and the company profile we use to find tenders and grants.
Purposes and legal bases
- Answering your enquiry and preparing an offer: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Providing the service to customers and invoicing: performance of a contract and legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR).
- Business-to-business communication, for example an email offering the service: legitimate interest in direct marketing (Art. 6(1)(f) and Recital 47 GDPR). In Slovakia we follow Section 116(15) of Act No. 452/2021 Coll. on electronic communications. Every such email contains an unsubscribe link, and you can object to this processing at any time.
Who receives the data
The data is processed on our behalf by these processors: BIT Technology s.r.o. (technical operation of the website and the service), Hostinger (website and form hosting), Google Workspace (email) and providers of AI processing that do not train their models on the data.
If data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, this happens only with appropriate safeguards, in particular the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. We do not sell data.
How long we keep the data
- Form enquiries: 2 years from the last contact.
- Contacts for business communication: until you object or unsubscribe. After that we keep only the email address and the time of unsubscribing, so that we do not contact you again.
- Contract and accounting data of customers: for the duration of the contract and then as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing and to data portability, the right to object to processing (in particular to direct marketing) and the right to withdraw consent at any time where we rely on it. Just write to hello@bid-win.com.
You can unsubscribe from business emails at any time at bid-win.com/unsubscribe.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: in Slovakia the Office for Personal Data Protection (dataprotection.gov.sk), in the Czech Republic the Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz), or the authority in your country.
Cookies and similar technologies
The website does not use cookies or any analytics or advertising tools. The only thing it stores in your browser is a temporary flag in session storage (sessionStorage), so that the offer shown when you leave the page does not appear twice. It is deleted when you close the window.
Fonts are hosted on our own server. Animation scripts are loaded from the jsDelivr network (cdn.jsdelivr.net), which receives your IP address when they load.
